  Specific application scenarios
  Distribution lines: Butterfly insulators are commonly used in distribution lines of 10kV and below. They are used in combination with two tie plates and a through-bolt, and can be combined with suspension insulators to adapt to higher voltage levels.
  Low-voltage environments: Its unfolding design makes it widely used in rural power grids and communication lines, suitable for overhead lines with power frequency voltages below 1000V.
  Special scenarios: At positions such as corners and branches of distribution lines that need to withstand mechanical stress, butterfly insulators improve tensile performance through mechanical structure optimization (such as high-strength porcelain).
  Precautions
  Butterfly insulators are not suitable for high-voltage transmission lines above 35kV; this voltage level usually uses suspension or post insulators.
  During installation, ensure the ambient temperature is between -40°C and +40°C, and the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
